Here at Rangemoors, we pride ourselves on our customer service. In this cold snap, I had stripped down my Little Wenlock stove, having ordered my spare parts from another supplier. They let me down, and your fantastic spares department stepped in. The lady I spoke to at 2.30pm on Friday afternoon took my order (at a very competitive price) and indicated she would try her best to get them to me asap.
At 9.50am today (Saturday -2oC) less than 20 hours later the bricks arrived, and I am sat with a glowing fire writing this e-mail. From the middle of Devon to The People’s Republic of Nottinghamshire so quickly, what a genuinely outstanding service!

What an absolutely marvellous company! I needed to overhaul my woodburner and wanted some firebricks (2 lots... be prepared!), a throat plate, some ceramic door and glass rope and new retaining clips/screws for the glass too. Ordered on Sunday, arrived today within an allocated time slot that was text to me. Spot on service and cheaper than others I priced up with. All the right parts were in the box and fitted perfectly. I will definitely be bookmarking the website and using again. Highest recommendations from me, no fear. Toasty evenings in Dumfries coming up this winter! Thank you for a brilliant experience.

Ordered goods for a Hunter Herald 80b about ten days ago. I made a mistake on the order but this was sorted immediately by the staff at Rangemoors. The attention and service of the staff was exceptional. They were helpful, knowledgable and very efficient. The cost of the goods was also very good as the cost was very different to that quoted by a local supplier. Nothing was too much for the office staff and the way my order was processed and delivered was really good. I'll certainly be shopping with them again when the need arises. Local suppliers could learn a lesson in customer service. Well done Rangemoors.

I bought a Glaisdale multi fuel stove through Mole Valley Farmers a few weeks ago and subsequently got a quote from yourselves (via MVF) for the flue parts.As out of pride I want to install the thing myself (retirement project!) I have spoken to your people several times today with rafts of questions, clarifications and general well intentioned pestering.
I'm a retired Director of companies ranging from Engineers, Brewers, Hotels, Manufacturers, Motor manufacturers, Retailers and all sorts in between.
