I needed a replacement firebrick for my Aga Little Wenlock. It arrived within a couple of days and fits perfectly. I will certainly use Rangemoors again when I need spares for both my log burner and Rayburn.
Items, including glass, delivered to the Outer Hebrides quickly and very well packed. The prices were better than most other places online. We will definitely use again if we need more parts for our stove.
Very helpful was told due to part not in stock curved glass .might take up to 14 days delivery time .to my delight I received glass in one week no damage well packaged ECT no complaints have since used rangemoors couple of times
Sent all the spare parts, exactly as I needed for my trusty Villager Solo. Original parts no longer available, were manufactured by Rangemoors, and are of a better quality. Prices and delivery very reasonable
My telephone enquiry was met courteously and efficiently by knowledgable staff. My subsequent on-line order arrived just a few days later by carrier, expertly packaged (a replacement door glass for a Morso stove.) It was exactly as described on the website. I fitted the glass in about 90 minutes, this mostly spent cleaning the fixing brackets and screws (a 10 year old stove) and applying the insulating tape. In a word, I'm chuffed with the result and thank you Rangemoors for excellent all round service.
Very quick delivery after ordering and everything well wrapped. Would have given 5 stars but one item was missed off the order which was inconvenient but for the price it wasn’t worth the hassle
