We were delighted to find Rangemoors still stocked the grate for our 30 year old Yeoman wood burner. The old grate had finally burnt through and we were able to order a replacement. The service was very good, with updates about delivery as it had to travel north during the bad weather. A ‘grate’ experience all round! Highly recommended.

Typically, at the start of a cold snap, my grate decided to disintegrate dumping the fire into the ashpan.Found Rangemoors online, ordered a replacement grate and fireback, two days later, both parts arrived.Very well packaged, good attention to detail (grate had been ground to ensure a good fit).Very impressed (and grateful)

Great service, even over Christmas. Ordered a grate on boxing day and it arrived on 28th. I had ordered the wrong one and Ben in spares was very helpful advising me which one I needed. Reordered and sent wrong one back. New one arrived within 2 days and credit for returned one processed by 2nd Jan. Highly recommended and Great service
Wow was in awe of the speed of delivery. Christmas eve, eve I have a nightmare where I shear by logburner door handle making it inoperable. Found these online and ordered 23rd Dec at 1600, already preparing myself for no fire going on Christmas day, then the part gets dispatched 25 minutes later and arrives on Christmas Eve, well packaged and quickly installed. Thus sorting me right out when hosting family for Christmas day and the family got to enjoy the roaring log burner, many thanks!
